This study provides a suggested perception for developing practicum's supervision in light of the national standards for science education, by using descriptive analytical method to survey studies that studied the reality of supervision, identifying deficiencies and difficulties which facing the student teacher and reviewing the natural sciences standards’ document. The basic features of the suggested perception includes five elements: vision, mission, objectives, importance, and the general foundations of implementation, which consists of: increasing the effectiveness of practicum's supervision by focusing on the supervisor in practicum to be expert, understands the national standards of science education, implements them to improve teaching, acquires the needed competencies, prepares periodic reports about student teacher, communicates with him to help him understands goals of science learning. Linking evaluation with efforts to improve performance by defining a mechanism to use the evaluation information to improve student teacher teaching practices including: periodic meetings between supervisor, principle and student teacher; providing the student teacher with the most important elements of his roles and how to evaluate him, and; use results to improve teaching practices. Developing evaluation tools by reviewing and diversifying of evaluation forms, such as: reflection, evaluation scales, Portfolio, recording the lesson. Recommendations and suggestions were presented.
