تهدف هذه الدراسة المعمقة إلى تسليط الضوء بشكل شالم على نمط التعليم الهجين، وهو نموذج تعليمي مبتكر يجمع بين الأصالة التي يمثلها التعليم الحضوري والتطور التكنولوجي الذي يتجلى في التعليم عن بعد عبر وسائطه الرقمية المتنوعة في ظل سعي الجامعات المستمر لتحقيق قفزات نوعية في جودة التعليم ومخرجاته لقد أحدث اعتماد هذا النمط التعليمي تغييراً جذرياً في كيفية سير العملية التعليمية إذ لم يعد الطالب مجرد متلق سلبي للمعلومات، بل أصبح محورا نشيطاً يشارك بفاعلية في بناء معرفته، حيث يوفر التعليم الهجين للطالب مزيدا من التحكم والمرونة في مسيرته التعليمية، مما يساعده على التوفيق بين التزاماته المختلفة وسرعته الخاصة في التعلم. على صعيد آخر، لم ينج دور لأستاذ الجامعيمن هذا التحول العميق، بل تطور ليكتسب أبعاداً جديدة ومستويات أعلى من التفاعل والتأثير، لم يعد الأستاذ هو المصدرالوحيد للمعرفة، بل أصبح مرشداً وميسراً للعملية التعليمية، مستخدماً أدوات تكنولوجية متقدمة لتصميم تجارب تعليمية تفاعلية وجذابة وقد منحته هذه النقلة مجموعة متنوعة من المهارات التكنولوجية الضرورية للتواصل الفعال مع الطالب في البيئات الرقمية، وتقديم محتوى تعليمي مبتكر ومتنوع يلبي احتياجات المتعلمين المختلفة. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى استكشاف نشأة وتطور مفهوم التعليم الهجين، مع تسليط الضوء على الأهمية الكبيرة التي يكتسبها هذا النمط التعليمي لكل من الطالب والمعلم، كما نصل إلى التأثير الإيجابي الشامل الذي يحدثه على العملية التعليمية ككل، إن التعليم الهجين، بفضل مميزاته الفريدة، يشكل بالفعل حلقة وصل قوية تربط بين الأصالة والتفاعل المباشر الذي يوفره التعليم التقليدي، وبين المرونة وسهولة الوصول التي يقدمها التعليم الإلكتروني الحديث. وهذا ما يجعله خيارا استراتيجيا للمؤسسات التعليمية الجزائرية في القرن الحادي والعشرين. This in-depth study aims to comprehensively shed light on the blended learning model, an innovative educational approach that combines the authenticity inherent in face-to-face education with the technological advancement manifested in distance learning through its diverse digital mediums. Amidst universities' continuous pursuit of qualitative leaps in educational quality and outcomes, blended learning emerges as a pivotal strategy capable of elevating the entire educational system to more effective and sustainable levels. The adoption of this educational model has brought about a fundamental shift in the way the educational process unfolds. The student is no longer merely a passive recipient of information but has become an active actively participating in the construction of their knowledge. Blended learning provides students with greater control and flexibility in their educational journey, assisting them in balancing their various commitments and their own learning pace. This, in turn, enhances their comprehension of the subject matter and deepens their understanding of concepts. On another front, the role of the university professor has not escaped this profound transformation; rather, it has evolved to acquire new dimensions and higher levels of interaction and influence. The professor is no longer the sole source of knowledge but has become a guide and facilitator of the educational process, utilizing advanced technological tools to design interactive and engaging learning experiences. This transition has granted them a diverse set of technological skills necessary for effective communication with students in digital environments and for delivering innovative and diverse educational content that meets the different needs of learners. Stemming from these fundamental shifts in the roles of both the student and the professor, this research paper aims to explore the emergence and evolution of the blended learning concept; while highlighting the significant importance this educational model holds for both the student and the teacher. It also addresses the comprehensive positive impact it has on the educational process as a whole. Indeed, blended learning, with its unique advantages, constitutes a strong link connecting the authenticity and direct interaction provided by traditional education with the flexibility and accessibility offered by modern e-learning.
