هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس درجة امتلاك الطلبة الجامعيين لمهارات استخدام منصة موودل (Moodle) في التعليم عن بعد. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (36) بندا تم توزيعها على أربعة مجالات رئيسية هي: مهارة إدارة نظام الدخول لبيئة التعلم، مهارة إدارة التعلم، مهارة إدارة الأنشطة التشاركية، ومهارة إدارة أنشطة التقويم. تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (163) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة محمد لمين دباغين- سطيف2. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الطلبة الجامعيين يمتلكون مهارات استخدام منصة موودل (Moodle) في التعليم عن بعد بدرجة متوسطة. كما تبين وجود تحديات تواجه الطلبة في بعض المجالات، مثل إدارة الأنشطة التشاركية وأنشطة التقويم. تشير النتائج إلى أن التعليم عن بعد في البيئة الرقمية يتطلب تعزيز التدريب المستمر على استخدام المنصات التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة توفير الدعم التقني والمؤسسي لضمان فعالية التعليم عن بعد. بناء على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بتنظيم ورش عمل تدريبية موجهة للطلبة لتعزيز مهاراتهم في استخدام منصة موودل (Moodle) بشكل فعال. كما تدعو إلى إشراف مختصين في هذا المجال لضمان تحسين جودة التعليم عن بعد في الجامعات، وتطوير استراتيجيات تعليمية تدعم الاستخدام الأمثل للمنصات الرقمية. This study aimed to measure the degree of possession of university students of the skills of using the Moodle platform (Moodle) in distance education. The study was based on the descriptive curriculum using a questionnaire consisting of (36) items that were distributed in four main areas: the skill of managing the entry system for the learning environment, the skill of learning management, the skill of managing participatory activities, and the skill of managing calendar activities. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (163) male and female students from Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif 2 University. The results of the study showed that university students possess the skills of using the Moodle platform in distance education with an average degree. It was also found that there are challenges facing students in some areas, such as the management of participatory and calendar activities. The results indicate that distance education in the digital environment requires the promotion of continuous training on the use of educational platforms, in addition to the need to provide technical and institutional support to ensure the effectiveness of distance education. Based on these results, the study recommends organizing targeted training workshops for students to enhance their skills in using the Moodle platform effectively. It also calls for the supervision of specialists in this field to ensure the improvement of the quality of distance education at universities, and the development of educational strategies that support the optimal use of digital platforms.
