الهدف من بحثنا هو توضيح استراتيجيات المواجهة التي يعتمدها معلمو التربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمدنا الطريقة الوصفية على عينة تتألف من 30 معلمًا تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي من بين المعلمين العامين. وقد تم توزيع استبيان يتكون من 24 عبارة، 5 عبارات لاستراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على المشكل و6 عبارات لاستراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على الانفعال وكذلك المركزة على السند الاجتماعي، و8 عبارات الاستراتيجيات المواجهة المركزة على التجنب، تم جمع البيانات باستخدام برنامج "SPSS" لتحليل البيانات الإحصائية. وبعد تحليل النتائج، أظهرت الدراسة أن معلمي التربية البدنية والرياضية في ولاية المسيلة يعتمدون بشكل رئيسي على استراتيجيات المواجهة التي تركز على حل المشكلات، بينما يعتمد بعض المعلمين على استراتيجيات المواجهة التي تركز على التجنب. بناءً على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بأن يقوم المعلمون بتنفيذ بيداغوجيا متمايزة حيث يتم تحديد دور الطفل "في صميم النظام التعليمي، وكذلك الاستخدام الأمثل لاستراتيجيات المواجهة للوصول إلى قرار يتلاءم مع الفئة الشبانية من المراهقين مما يعطي نتائج أفضل في التواصل معهم. The aim of our research is to delineate the coping strategies employed by physical education and sports teachers. To achieve this, we employed the descriptive method on a sample comprising 30 teachers randomly selected from the general population. Data collection was conducted using "SPSS" software for subsequent statistical data processing. Following the analysis of the results, it became evident that physical education and sports teachers in the wilaya of M'sila predominantly utilize the problem-centered coping strategy, while some teachers rely on the avoidance-centered coping strategy. In light of these findings, the study recommends that teachers implement a differentiated pedagogy wherein the child is positioned "at the core of the education system. (Published abstract)

L'objectif de notre étude était de décrire les stratégies d'adaptation utilisées par les enseignants en éducation physique et sportive. Pour ce faire, nous avons opté pour une approche descriptive, en interrogeant un échantillon de 30 enseignants choisis de manière aléatoire parmi la population générale. La collecte de données a été réalisée grâce à une analyse statistique effectuée avec le logiciel "SPSS". Suite à l'analyse des résultats, il est apparu que les enseignants en éducation physique et sportive de la wilaya de M’sila ont majoritairement recours à la stratégie d'adaptation centrée sur la résolution des problèmes, tandis que certains préfèrent la stratégie d'adaptation axée sur l'évitement. Sur la base de ces constatations, notre étude recommande aux enseignants de mettre en place une pédagogie différenciée, plaçant l'enfant "au cœur du système éducatif". (Résumé publié)
