تناولت الدراسة العلاقة بين النضج المهني ومهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى تلميذ السنة ثالثه ثانوي. ولقد تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي. تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة غرضية تكونت من "50" تلميذا يتمدرس بثانوية المجاهد عيده عبد الرزاق بولاية الوادي للموسم الدراسي: 2018-2019. أما أدوات الدراسة فكانت مقياس النضج المهني ومقياس مهارة اتخاذ القرار من إعداد الباحثان. وبناء عليه تم التحقق من الفرضية العامة القائمة على وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين النضج المهني ومهارة اتخاذ القرار لدى تلميذ السنة ثالثة ثانوي. The study dealt with the relationship between professional maturity and decision-making skill in the third year of secondary school. Based on the descriptive hierarchical curriculum, the study was conducted on a purpose sample of '50' pupils studying at Mujahid's Eida Abdul Razzaq High School in Wadi State for the school season: 2018-2019. The study tools were the measure of professional maturity and the measure of decision-making skill prepared by the researchers. Accordingly, the general hypothesis of an association between professional maturity and decision-making skill was verified by the third-year high school student. (Published abstract)
