هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم تجربة التعلّم عن بُعد في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية أثناء جائحة كورونا من خلال استراتيجية التقويم الموجه نحو المشاركين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (51,868) طالب، (18,837) معلم، (34,941) ولي أمر، وتم استخدام الاستبانة والمقابلة وتحليل الوثائق لجمع البيانات، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الوسائل والتقنيات المستخدمة مناسبة للمهام التعليمية التي تم استحداثها، وأن غالبية الطلبة والمعلمين يستخدمونها لتنفيذ المهام، فقد استخدم (86%) من الطلبة منصة درسك والتلفاز وكلاهما معاً، وكان أكثر الأجهزة استخداماً هو الهاتف الذكي من قبل الطلبة والمعلمين في متابعة المحتوى، وأن (54%) من الطلبة يتفاعلون مع الدروس التفاعلية. كما أن (56%) من الطلبة اشاروا الى أنهم يتعلمون من الدروس التفاعلية، و(65%) استطاعوا تطبيق ما تعلموه. وكان مستوى الرضا عن هذه التجربة ضمن المستوى المتوسط، وأن أهم المعيقات تركزت في خدمة الانترنت وسرعتها ومستلزمات التعلّم عن بُعد في بعض المناطق، واختلاف بيئات الطلبة، بالإضافة الى العمليات التقييمية للأنظمة. The study aimed to evaluate the distance learning experience in the Jordanian Ministry of Education during the Corona pandemic through the evaluation directed at the participants, the study sample consisted of (51,868) students, (18,837) teachers, (34,941) parents, the questionnaire, interview, and Documents analyze were used to collect data, the results indicated that the methods and techniques used are appropriate for the educational tasks that have been developed and that the majority of students and teachers use them to carry out the tasks. (86%) of students used the lesson platform and television, both together, and the most used devices were the smartphone by students and teachers to follow the content, and that (54%) of students interact with interactive lessons, and (56%) of students indicated that they are learning from interactive lessons, and (65%) were able to apply what they learned. The level of satisfaction with this experience was within the medium level, and that the most important obstacles were in the Internet service, its speed, the requirements for distance learning in some areas, the different student environments, in addition to the evaluation processes of the systems.
