هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع التعلم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا لدى عينة من مدارس الإبتدائية بمكة المكرمة من وجهة نظر قيادي المدارس، والحد من المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية التعلم عن بعد ووضع الحلول المقترحة، وكشف الفروق في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لواقع التعلم عن بعد، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (182) من مديري ومديرات مدارس مكة الإبتدائية (85) مديراً (97) مديرة، وأسفرت النتائج عن حصول المجال المعرفي على المرتبة الأولى ويليه المهاري والتقويمي بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً يعزى لمتغير النوع والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، وتم وضع الحلول لزيادة فعالية التعلم عن بعد والحد من المعوقات. وأوصت الدراسة عقد دورات متخصصة لإكساب الأساتذة في المدارس مهارات تصميم محتوى الدرس إلكترونياً لتحقيق الأهداف وإختيار أداة التقويم المناسبة وتوفير بيئة تعليمية ملاءمة لتطبيق التعلم عن بعد، وتحسين النمو المهني والمهاري للمعلم وتحسين كفاياته الإلكترونية، وعقد دورات للطلبة لإكسابهم المهارات لإستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية. The reality of distance learning in light of the Corona pandemic, a sample of primary schools in Makkah was presented from the point of view of school leaders The current study aimed to identify the reality of distance learning in light of the Corona pandemic in a sample of primary schools in Makkah from the point of view of school leaders, and to reduce the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of distance learning and to develop suggested solutions, and to reveal the differences in the estimates of the study sample of the reality of distance learning The sample of the study consisted of (182) of principals and principals of Makkah elementary schools (85) directors and (97) principals, and the results resulted in the knowledge field being ranked first, followed by skills and evaluation, while there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender, academic qualification and service. Distance learning and reducing obstacles, and the study recommended that specialized courses be held to provide teachers in schools with the skills of designing lesson content electronically to achieve the goals, choose appropriate evaluation tools, provide a suitable educational environment for the application of distance learning, improve the professional growth and skills of the teacher and improve his electronic competencies and lead to holding courses for students and providing them with skills Use of technological innovations.
