استهدف البحث التعرف على الإطار الفكري لمأسسة الشراكة من مفهوم وأهداف وأهمية ومتطلبات تحقيق، وسبيل ذلك لتحقيق التنمية المهنية للمعلمين. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعرضت بعض النماذج للشراكات المؤسسية في مجال التنمية المهنية للمعلمين في مصر وبعض الدول. انتهى البحث باقتراح بعض التوصيات لتحقيق التنمية المهنية للمعلمين من خلال مأسسة للشراكات بين المؤسسات التربوية، من أجل الارتقاء بالمعلم المصري ورفع كفاءته وتحقيق أقصى استفادة منه لطلابه. The research aimed to identify the intellectual framework for institutionalizing the partnership in terms of the concept, objectives, importance and requirements of achieving, and finding a way to achieve professional development for teachers. To do this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and reviewed some examples of institutional partnerships in the field of professional development for teachers in Egypt and some other countries, and the research has ended with suggesting some recommendations to achieve professional development for teachers through the institutionalization of partnerships between educational institutions in order to upgrade the Egyptian teacher, raise his efficiency and achieve maximum benefit from him for his students.
