يهدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المعايير الوطنية التخصصية. لتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال بناء أداة البحث وهي عبارة عن بطاقة الملاحظة والتي تقتصر على المعايير التخصصية للغة العربية في المملكة العربية السعودية. طبقت بطاقة الملاحظة على (30) معلمة من معلمات اللغة العربية بالمرحلة الابتدائية في منطقة القصيم. أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: 1) أن مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المعايير التخصصية متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الوزني للدرجات الكلية في بطاقة الملاحظة 1.908 بانحراف معياري 0.656، حيث جاءت جميع المحاور الفرعية في بطاقة الملاحظة متحققة بدرجة متوسطة، ماعدا المحور الرابع فقد جاء متحققاً بدرجة ضعيفة. 2) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المعايير التخصصية ترجع لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي. 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية في ضوء المعايير التخصصية ترجع لاختلاف سنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to know the level of teaching performance of Arabic language teachers in the primary stage in light of the specialized national standards. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher prepared the study tool, which is an observation card, which included the specialized standards for the Arabic language in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The researcher applied note card for (30) Arabic language teachers at the primary stage in the Qassim region. The results showed the following: 1) The level of teaching performance of Arabic language teachers in the primary stage in light of the specialized standards was achieved to a moderate degree, as the weighted average of the total scores in the observation card reached 1.908 with a standard deviation of 0.656, as all the sub-axes in the observation card were achieved to a moderate degree, except for the fourth axis, which came achieved to a weak degree. 2) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance of Arabic language teachers at the primary stage in light of the specialized standards due to differences in academic qualifications. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the level of teaching performance of Arabic language teachers at the primary stage in light of the specialized standards due to differences in years of experience.
