هدف البحث التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية بمحافظة الخرج بالمملكة العربية السعودية لمهارات المواطنة الرقمية (الاجتماعية والمعرفية). لتحقيق أهداف البحث، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (85) مديرة من المرحلتين (المتوسطة والثانوية)، وتمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة. توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج، منها: حصول إجمالي أبعاد الاستبانة على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.09) ودرجة موافقة عالية. وحصول محور (درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية بمحافظة الخرج للمهارات الاجتماعية المتعلقة بالمواطنة الرقمية) على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.10) ودرجة موافقة عالية. وحصول محور (درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية بمحافظة الخرج للمهارات المعرفية المتعلقة بالمواطنة الرقمية) على متوسط حسابي قيمته (4.09) ودرجة موافقة عالية. The research aimed to identify the degree to which middle and secondary school principals in Al-Kharj Governorate, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, practice digital citizenship skills (social and cognitive). To achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey method was used. The research sample consisted of (85) female principals from the two stages (middle and secondary), and the research tool was in the questionnaire. The research reached a set of results, including: The total dimensions of the questionnaire obtained a mean value of (4.09) and a high degree of agreement. The axis (the degree to which middle and secondary school principals in Al-Kharj Governorate practice social skills related to digital citizenship) obtained an arithmetic average of (4.10) and a high degree of approval. The axis (the degree to which middle and secondary school principals in Al-Kharj Governorate practice cognitive skills related to digital citizenship) obtained an arithmetic average of (4.09) and a high degree of agreement.
