تناولنا في هذا المقال موضوع خريجي تخصص علم الاجتماع بمختلف تخصصاته وواقع إدماجهم المهني في المؤسسات الجزائرية في ظل الشروط التي وضعت لينتقي سوق العمل منهم. لقد اعتمدنا في الدراسة الميدانية على المنهج الوصفي مع الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وخلص المقال إلى أن خريج تخصص علم الاجتماع هم الأقل حظا في انتقائية سوق العمل أو الادماج المهني. وجدنا أنه من الضروري أن تحسن الجامعة في طرق ومستوى التكوين الذي تمنحه لطلبة علم الاجتماع. In this article, we discussed the topic of graduates specializing in sociology in various specializations and the reality of their professional integration into Algerian institutions under what conditions were established to select the labour market from them. In the field study we relied on the descriptive curriculum using the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The article concluded that the graduates of sociology are the least advantaged in selectivity in the labour market or occupational integration. We also found it necessary for the University to greatly improve the methods and level of training it gives students sociology. (Published abstract)
