هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ممارسات القيادات التربوية لأساليب التعزيز وأثرها على التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الأولى في مدارس التعليم الأساسي بسلطنة عمان. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج النوعي الذي استخدم فيه أداة الملاحظة الصفية مع أربع معلمات من معلمات المجال الثاني ومعلمتين من المعلمات الأوائل بالمجال الثاني؛ يقمن بتدريس مادتي العلوم والرياضيات للصفوف (1- 4) بالحلقة الأولى بمدارس التعليم الأساسي، وإجراء مقابلات فردية مع نفس العينة، بالإضافة إلى أربع من القيادات؛ لمعرفة أثر هذه الممارسات على التحصيل الدراسي لدى تلميذ الحلقة الأولى على مجتمع الدراسة المكون من أربع مدارس من مدارس التعليم الأساسي. تم اختيار عينة بلغت عشرا من القيادات التربوية موزعة ما بين معلمات المجال الثاني ومعلمات أوائل ومديرات مدارس ومساعدات مديرات ذوات العلاقة بتوظيف أساليب التعزيز. وبعد تحليل البيانات للمقابلات الفردية والملاحظة الصفية التي أجريت على ست معلمات بينهن معلمتان أوائل، بواقع حصتين لكل معلمة في مادتي العلوم والرياضيات. ولقد تم مناقشها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهممها: أن القيادات التربوية تمارس أساليب التعزيز بنسب متفاوتة، كما أن تلاميذ الحلقة يفضلون التعزيز الاجتماعي أكثر من غيره. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن توظيف أساليب التعزيز من قبل القيادات التربوية يعود أثره بشكل مباشر وإيجابي على تحصيلهم الدراسي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهممها تزويد المعلمين بالخطط المساعدة على استخدام وسائل التعزيز المختلفة بالمدرسة. This study aimed to reveal the pedagogical leadership's practices of enhancement methods and their impact on the educational achievement of the first semester pupils in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the qualitative curriculum in which the classroom observation tool was used with four female teachers in the second field and two female first teachers in the second field who taught science and mathematics subjects for grades (1-4) in the first seminar in basic education schools, conducted individual interviews with the same sample, as well as four female leaders to determine the impact of these practices on school achievement among the first semester of the educational community for individual interviews and class observations conducted on six female teachers, including two first teachers with two quotas per teacher in science and mathematics. They were discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. This study came up with a set of outcomes, the most important of which was that educational leaders practise methods of promotion in varying proportions. Pupils of the first cycle also prefer social promotion more than others. The study also found that the use of enhancement methods by educational leaders has a direct and positive impact on their educational achievement. It has been discussed in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies. This study has reached a number of outputs, the most important of which is that educational leaders practice methods of reinforcement in varying proportions, and that students of the first cycle prefer social reinforcement more than others. The study also concluded that the use of reinforcement methods by educational leaders has a direct and positive impact on their academic achievement, In the light of these results, the study came out with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is providing teachers with plans to help them use the various means of reinforcement in the school.
