هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى توافر مقومات جودة الحياة الوظيفية وعلاقتها بالتماثل التنظيمي للمعلمين في مدارس محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1839) معلما ومعلمة بمحافظة الداخلية خلال العام الدراسي (2021-2022م). تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية مقدارها (460) معلما ومعلمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: أن مستوى توافر مقومات جودة الحياة الوظيفية لمعلمي مدارس الحلقة الثانية بمحافظة الداخلية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بمستوى متوسط بشكل عام، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المؤهل، الخبرة). كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التماثل التنظيمي للمعلمين جاء بمستوى كبير بشكل عام. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمستوى التماثل التنظيمي تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل، الخبرة). كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين مستوى توافر مقومات جودة الحياة الوظيفية ومستوى التماثل التنظيمي في جميع الأبعاد. توصي الدراسة ب: العمل على رفع مستوى مقومات جودة الحياة الوظيفية في مدارس محافظة الداخلية، والعمل على توفير المتطلبات والأدوات التي تجعل من المدرسة بيئة جاذبة للعمل فيها وتخلق فرص مواتية للمعلمين تلبي طموحاتهم للترقية المالية والوظيفية. The study aimed to work the level of availability of the components of the quality of investigate life and its relationship to the organizational symmetry of teachers in the schools of Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. During the academic year 2021-2022 AD, the questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (460) male and female teachers. The study reached a set of results, most notably: the level of availability of the elements of the quality of career life for teachers of the second cycle schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate came at an average level in general and the study also found statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) attributed to the study variables (gender, qualification, experience). The study also found that the level of organizational symmetry for teachers came at a large level in general, there were statistically significant differences in the level of organizational symmetry due to the variables (sex, qualification, experience) and the results of the study revealed the existence of a positive and statistically significant correlation between the level of availability of the components of the quality of functional life and the level of organizational symmetry in all dimensions, where the strength of the relationship between weak and medium grade. This study recommends: Working to raise the level of the elements of the quality of career life in the schools of Al-Dakhiliyah Governorate, and working to provide the requirements and tools that make the school an attractive environment to work in and create favorable opportunities for teachers that meet their aspirations for financial and job promotion.
