هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد متطلبات تطوير ممارسات إدارة الأزمات في إدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء أبعاد الذاكرة التنظيمية: (مستوى الذاكرة التنظيمية، انتشار الذاكرة التنظيمية، تشكيل الذاكرة التنظيمية، محتوى الذاكرة التنظيمية، شكل الذاكرة التنظيمية، توجه الذاكرة التنظيمية)، من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين في إدارات التعليم. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت على أفراد مجتمع الدراسة من المشرفين التربويين في الإدارات العامة للتعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في: (الرياض، مكة المكرمة، المنطقة الشرقية)، خلال العام الدراسي 1444هـ. تمثلت عينة الدراسة في (330) فردا من المشرفين التربويين في الإدارات العامة للتعليم في (الرياض، مكة المكرمة، المنطقة الشرقية). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن متطلبات تطوير ممارسات إدارة الأزمات في إدارات التعليم بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء أبعاد الذاكرة التنظيمية كانت على النحو الآتي: (مستوى الذاكرة التنظيمية، انتشار الذاكرة التنظيمية، تشكيل الذاكرة التنظيمية، محتوى الذاكرة التنظيمية، شكل الذاكرة التنظيمية، توجه الذاكرة التنظيمية). The study aimed to identify the requirements for the development of crisis management practices in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the dimensions of organizational memory: (the level of organizational memory, the prevalence of organizational memory, the formation of organizational memory, the content of organizational memory, the form of organizational memory, the orientation of organizational memory), from the point of view of educational supervisors in education departments the study used the descriptive approach, and applied to members of the study community from educational supervisors in public administrations of education in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in: (Riyadh, Makkah, eastern province), during the academic year 1444 ah. The study sample was represented by (330) individuals from educational supervisors in the general departments of education in (Riyadh, Makkah, eastern province). The study found that the requirements for developing crisis management practices in education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the dimensions of organizational memory were as follows: (the level of organizational memory, the prevalence of organizational memory, the formation of organizational memory, the content of organizational memory, the form of organizational memory, the orientation of organizational memory.
