سعت الدراسة للكشف عن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي العلوم في التدريس الإبداعي وفق نظرية الذكاء الناجح. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي (المسحي)، وكانت الاستبانة أداة جمع البيانات من العينة المستهدفة في الدراسة حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (50) معلم ومعلمة مختلفي الخبرة والمؤهل. تكونت أداة جمع البيانات من ثلاث مجالات رئيسة وهي: الاحتياجات التدريبية المتعلقة بالتدريس المعتمد على نظرية الذكاء الناجح، والمتعلقة بمهارات التدريس الإبداعي، والاحتياجات التدريبية المرتبطة بالاستراتيجيات التي تنمي الذكاء الإبداعي الناجح ومهارات التدريس الإبداعي. تكونت الأداة من (38) عبارة، وتم حساب صدقها وثباتها قبل تطبيقها. خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود حاجة كبيرة لتدريب معلمي العلوم على التدريس الإبداعي وفق نظرية الذكاء الناجح، وأهمية تغيير أدوار معلمي العلوم من الطرق التقليدية في التدريس إلى الأساليب التدريسية الحديثة والإبداعية وممارسة التدريس الإبداعي وفق نظرية الذكاء الناجح من خلال التطوير والتدريب المهني والمستمر الذي يسهم في تحقيق أهداف العملية التعليمية. This study aimed to identify the training needs of science teachers in creative teaching based on the theory of successful intelligence. The researcher utilized the descriptive (survey) method, and the questionnaire was the data collection tool used with the targeted sample of the study, which consisted of (50) teachers of varying experience and qualifications. The data collection tool encompassed three main domains: training needs related to teaching based on the theory of successful intelligence, those related to creative teaching skills, and the training needs associated with strategies that enhance successful creative intelligence and creative teaching skills. The tool comprised (38) statements, and its validity and reliability were established prior to its implementation. The study's findings concluded the significant need to train science teachers in creative teaching according to the theory of successful intelligence. It emphasized the importance of shifting the roles of science teachers from traditional teaching methods to modern and innovative teaching approaches. Engaging in creative teaching aligned with the theory of successful intelligence was highlighted as a crucial aspect. This transformation can be achieved through continuous professional development and training, which contributes to the accomplishment of educational objectives. (Published abstract)
