هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التمكين النفسي ومستوى الطموح، لدى طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي بالمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، في ظل جائحة كورونا. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (700) طالب من طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي، منهم (333) طالبا، و(367) طالبة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، قام الباحث ببناء مقياسي التمكين النفسي ومقياس الطموح، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التمكين النفسي ومستوى الطموح كان منخفضا لدى طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر النوع والتخصص، وكذلك أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية بين التمكين النفسي ومستوى الطموح. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and ambition level among second secondary stage students in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan under corona virus pandemic. The sample of the study consisted of (700) secondary stage students (333 males and 367 females) in the schooling y. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed the psychological empowerment scale and the ambition scale. The results of the study showed that psychological empowerment and the level of ambition were low among the second grade secondary school students. and there were no statistically significant differences regarding sex and major, there is a positive and insignificant correlation between psychological empowerment and the level of ambition.
