هدف البحث إلى تقديم نموذج مقترح لتطبيق القيادة التكنولوجية في مدارس التعليم بمنطقة الرياض في ضوء معايير ISTE، حيث تمت مطابقة أراء خبراء التعليم وعددهم (13) خبيرا مع مديرات المدارس بمنطقة الرياض وعددهم (400) مديرة مدرسة، وتوصل البحث لنتائج أهمها: أن هناك اتفاق في أراء الخبراء والمديرات حول واقع تطبيق القيادة التكنولوجية بمدارس منطقة الرياض، وفي متطلبات تطبيق القيادة التكنولوجية بتلك المدارس، وفي مقترحاتهم بخصوص تطبيق هذا النوع من القيادة التكنولوجية، وعليه توصل البحث لنموذج مقترح لتطبيق القيادة التكنولوجية بمدارس منطقة الرياض وفق معايير الجمعية الدولية لتكنولوجيا التعليم ISTE. The research aimed to present a proposed model for implementing technological leadership in educational schools in the Riyadh region in light of ISTE standards, where the opinions of 13 education experts were matched with 400 school principals in the Riyadh region, and the research reached results, the most important of which are: There is agreement in the opinions of experts and principals about the reality of applying technological leadership in schools in the Riyadh region, and in the requirements for applying technological leadership in those schools, and in their proposals regarding the application of this type of technological leadership. Accordingly, the research arrived at a proposed model for applying technological leadership in schools in the Riyadh region in accordance with the standards of the International Society for Technology ISTE education.
