هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر برنامج تدريبي قائم على توظيف دراما عباءة الخبير لتنمية مهارات الذكاء الناجح وتقدير الذات لدى الطلاب معلمي العلوم بكلية التربية. تكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة من الطلاب المعلمين شعبة العلوم بالفرقة الرابعة بكلية التربية جامعة بنها. تكونت مواد البحث من دليل المدرب ودليل المتدرب لتنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي القائم على توظيف دراما عباءة الخبير، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار مهارات الذكاء الناجح ومقياس تقدير الذات، حيث تم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا على مجموعة البحث ثم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي وتطبيق أدوات البحث بعديا. أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لصالح مجموعة البحث في كل من اختبار مهارات الذكاء الناجح ومقياس تقدير الذات ووجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجات طلاب مجموعة البحث في اختبار مهارات الذكاء الناجح ومقياس تقدير الذات. أوصى البحث بضرورة تطوير برامج إعداد المعلمين قبل وأثناءوبعد الخدمة لتنمية مهارات الذكاء الناجح وتقدير الذات لديهم. The research aims to study the effect of a training program based on employing Expert's Mantle Drama in developing the skills of successful intelligence and Self-Esteem among science teacher students at the college of education. The research sample consisted of a group of student teachers in the Science Division in the fourth year at the Faculty of Education, Benha University. The research materials consisted of the trainer’s guide and the trainee’s guide implementing the training program based on employing the Mantle of the Expert drama. The research tools were the successful intelligence skills test and the self-esteem scale. The research tools were applied beforehand to the research group, then the training program was applied, and the research tools were applied afterward. The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect in favor of the research group in both the successful intelligence skills test and the self-esteem scale. (Published abstract)
