هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على المشروعات اللغوية في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى تلاميذ الصف الثاني من المرحلة الإعدادية. لتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لإعداد الإطار النظري، وبناء اختبار مهارات التحدث وإعداد البرنامج المقترح لذلك الهدف. كما تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي؛ لتعرف فاعلية المشروعات اللغوية في تنمية مهارات التحدث. تم تطبيق الدراسة على مجموعة بحثية من تلاميذ مدرسة الشهيد سيف النصر الإعدادية وذلك للتطبيق الميداني، وبلغت العينة الأساسية التي أجريت عليها التجربة (36) تلميذا وذلك لتعرف فاعلية استخدام التعلم بالمشروعات فى تنمية مهارات التحدث لديهم. توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج، منها: فاعلية المشروعات اللغوية فى تنمية مهارات التحدث على مستوى المحاور الفرعية والدرجة الكلية. كما أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تبني المشروعات اللغوية فى تنمية المهارات اللغوية ومنها مهارات التحدث. The goal of the research is to determine the effectiveness of learning based on linguistic projects in developing speaking skills among first-year middle school students. To achieve this goal, the researchers used the descriptive approach to collect the theoretical framework, build a speaking skills test, and the proposed program. The experimental approach was also used. To know the effectiveness of linguistic projects in developing speaking skills. The study was applied to a research group of students from the Martyr Saif Al-Nasr Preparatory School for field application, and the basic sample on which the experiment was conducted was (36) students in order to determine the effectiveness of using project learning in developing their speaking skills. The study achieved many results, including: the effectiveness of linguistic projects in developing speaking skills at the level of sub-topics and the total score. The study also recommended the importance of adopting linguistic projects in developing language skills, including speaking skills. (Published abstract)
