هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة توافر الكفايات المهنية بأبعادها (كفايات التخطيط، كفايات التقويم)، وعلى درجة إسهام الإدارة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها (التحليل البيئي الداخلي والخارجي، إعداد الاستراتيجية، تنفيذ الاستراتيجية، تقييم الاستراتيجية) في تطوير الكفايات المهنية بأبعادها (كفايات التخطيط، كفايات التقويم)، وذلك لدى مديري مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة تبوك. لتحقيق ذلك، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري مدارس المرحلة الابتدائية بمدينة تبوك، والبالغ عددهم (162) مديرا ومديرة حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (95) من المجتمع الأصلي وذلك للفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 1444هـ. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الكفايات المهنية ككل وكذلك أبعادها ومستوى الإدارة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المختلفة جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، كما أن أبرز التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث كانت إجراء دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس لتطوير وتحسين كفاياتهم المهنية، وإجراء دراسات تقيس مدى توفر الكفايات المهنية لمديري المدارس الابتدائية في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتقنين ووضع معايير تخص تنفيذ وتقييم الاستراتيجيات. The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of professional competencies in their dimensions (planning competencies, evaluation competencies), and the degree of contribution of strategic management with its dimensions (internal and external environmental analysis, strategy preparation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation) in the development of professional competencies in its dimensions (planning competencies, evaluation competencies), and that among the principals of primary schools in Tabuk, and it also aimed to reveal statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample about the role of the General Administration of Education in Tabuk in developing the professional competencies of school principals from the perspective of strategic management due to the following variables (type- number Training programs- years of experience). To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach in its survey style, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of principals of primary schools in Tabuk, who numbered (162) principals and principals. The study sample was (95) from the original community, for the second semester of the academic year 1444 AH. The study found that the level of professional competencies as a whole as well as its dimensions and the level of strategic management with its different dimensions came at a high level, The most prominent recommendations of the study were conducting training courses for school principals to develop and improve their professional competencies, conducting studies that measure the availability of professional competencies for primary school principals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and codifying and setting standards for implementing and evaluating strategies.
