هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي صمم وفق استراتيجية التعلم المصغر لإكساب معلمات التقنية الرقمية ممارسات تضمين مبادئ المواطنة الرقمية في التدريس واتجاهاتهن نحوه، وقد تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي بتصميم القياس القبلي والبعدي لمجموعة واحدة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تصميم البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني والذي اشتمل على أربع وحدات مصغرة في مورد تعليمي تم نشره على منصة Canvas، وصمم للبرنامج التدريبي اختبار قبلي وبعدي ومقياس اتجاه للكشف عن اتجاهات العينة نحو البرنامج التدريبي، وتم تطبيق هذه الدراسة على عينة من معلمات التقنية الرقمية بلغ عددهن (34) معلمة بإدارة تعليم محافظة القنفذة. كشفت النتائج عن فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح التطبيق البعدي في اكساب عينة الدراسة ممارسات تضمين مبادئ المواطنة الرقمية في التدريس، وتم الكشف عن اتجاهات إيجابية لهن نحو البرنامج التدريبي. وفي ضوء ذلك، توصي الدراسة بالاستفادة من مبادئ المواطنة الرقمية في استحداث برامج تدريبية تعزز كل مبدأ بتوسع وتتناول أبرز القضايا المتعلقة بالمبدأ وتوظيف التقنيات الرقمية والتوجهات الدولية التي تدعم المبدأ، إضافة إلى عقد المزيد من برامج التطوير المهني التي تواكب مستجدات وقضايا التعلم الرقمي، وتهدف لإكساب المعلمات مهارات تصميم أنشطة التعلم الرقمي المبتكرة. This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program designed according to the Micro-Learning strategy to provide digital technology teachers with the practices of including the principles of digital citizenship in teaching and their attitudes towards it. Which included four mini units in an educational resource that was published on the Canvas platform, and designed for the training program a pre- and post-test and a trend measure to reveal the sample’s trends towards the training program, and this study was applied to a sample of digital technology teachers who numbered (34) is a teacher in the Department of Education in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. The results revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the dimensional application in providing the study sample with practices of including the principles of digital citizenship in teaching, and positive trends were revealed for them towards the training program, and in light of this the study recommends taking advantage of the principles of Digital citizenship in developing training programs that expand each principle and address the most prominent issues related to the principle and the employment of digital technologies and international trends that support the principle, as well as In addition to holding more professional development programs that keep pace with developments and issues of digital learning, and aim to provide teachers with the skills to design innovative digital learning activities.
