هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة امتلاك معلمي الرياضيات للأداءات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط. قد طُبقت أداة الدراسة وهي اختبار قياس الأداءات التدريسية (إعداد الباحثان) على معلمي الرياضيات بالصف الأول المتوسط بمحافظة القنفذة، والبالغ عددهم (69) معلماً. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط درجة امتلاك معلمي الرياضيات للأداءات التدريسية اللازمة لتنمية مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لدى طلابهم في مجالي التعلم والإبداع والثقافة الرقمية كان دون المستوى المأمول. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتطوير برامج إعداد المعلم في الجامعات السعودية، وضرورة تقديم دورات تدريبية في مجال مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين لمشرفي الرياضيات بجميع المناطق يُشرف عليها نخبة من أساتذة الجامعات والمتخصصين في هذا المجال، على أن يقوم المشرفين فيما بعد بتدريب المعلمين عليها. The study aimed at identifying the degree of possessing the Teaching Performances by the Mathematics teachers that necessary for the development the 21st Century Skills for the students of first grade in intermediate schools The instruments of the study, which is the Teaching Performances Measurement Test (a researcher-prepared), was applied to mathematics teachers of the first grade intermediate schools in Al-Qunfudhah, who numbered (69) teachers. And the results of the study revealed that the average degree of mathematics teachers possessing the teaching performances necessary to develop the skills of the 21st century skills among their students as a whole was down. The study recommended developing teacher preparation programs in Saudi universities and providing training courses in 21st century skills for mathematics supervisors, which are supervised by a group of university professors, then, later, the supervisors will teach them to all mathematics teachers.
