هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة اتجاهات معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو دور الأركان التعليمية الافتراضية في النمو اللغوي للأطفال؛ ومعرفة درجة استخدام الأركان التعليمية الافتراضية برياض الأطفال، فضلا عن معرفة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصات في دور الأركان التعليمية الافتراضية في النمو اللغوي للأطفال والتي تعزى لمتغيرات: نوع الروضة، المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة العملية. يتم إجراء الدراسة في العام الدراسي 2020-2021م برياض الأطفال بمدينة رفاعة. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استخدام أداة الاستبانة، تتكون عينة الدراسة من عدد (120) معلمة، يتم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائيا يتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، ومن النتائج التي خرجت بها الدراسة: 1) يتحقق اتجاه معلمات رياض الأطفال نحو دور الأركان التعليمية الافتراضية في النمو اللغوي للأطفال بوسط حسابي (3.85) وبدرجة إيجابية كبيرة، وأن درجة استخدام الأركان التعليمية برياض الأطفال يتحقق بوسط حسابي (3.46) وبدرجة تقديرية كبيرة، 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصين في دور الأركان التعليمية الافتراضية في النمو اللغوي للأطفال ودرجة استخدامها تعزى لمتغير نوع الروضة لصالح الرياض الخاصة، 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات المفحوصين في دور الأركان التعليمية في النمو اللغوي للأطفال ودرجة استخدامها تعزى لمتغيري: (المؤهل العلمي، والخبرة العملية). ومن أهم التوصيات المتوقع أن تخرج بها الدراسة: ضرورة الاهتمام بتنشيط التعلم من خلال استخدام الأركان التعليمية؛ وذلك بتأهيل المعلمات وتدريبهن، وبتهيئة الأركان التعليمية بالصورة المطلوبة وبالوسائل التعليمية المواكبة لمتطلبات تعليم الأطفال. The study aimed to know the attitudes of kindergarten teachers towards the role of virtual educational pillars in the linguistic development of children; and knowing the degree of use of the virtual educational pillars in kindergartens, as well as knowing the statistically significant differences in the average scores of the examinees in the role of the virtual educational pillars in the language development of children, which are attributed to the variables: (kindergarten type, educational qualification, and practical experience), the study is conducted in the academic year 2020-2021 AD in kindergartens in Refa’a city, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used, through the use of the questionnaire tool, the study sample consists of (120) female teachers, who are chosen by the simple random method. Among the results of the study: 1) The trend of kindergarten teachers towards the role of virtual educational pillars in the linguistic development of children is achieved with an arithmetic mean (3.85) and a significant positive degree, and that the degree of use of the educational corners in kindergarten is achieved with an arithmetic mean (3.46) and a large discretionary degree. 2) There are Statistically significant differences in the average scores of the examinees in the role of the virtual educational pillars in the linguistic development of children and the degree of their use is due to the variable of the type of kindergarten in favor of the private kindergarten. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of the examinees in the role of educational staff in the linguistic development of children and the degree of their use due to the two variables: (educational qualification, and practical experience). Among the most important recommendations expected from the study: the need to pay attention to activating learning through the use of educational pillars; this is done by rehabilitating and training the teachers, and by preparing the educational pillars in the required manner and with the educational means that keep pace with the requirements of children’s education.
