هدف البحث إلى تحديد علاقة كفاءة الانفاق في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي على تحسين جودة التعليم في منطقة بلسمر، والكشف عن الحاجة لكفاءة الانفاق المالي في بعض المدارس الابتدائية للبنات التعرف إلى على أبرز الصعوبات وكيفية تحقيق كفاءة الانفاق. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بتوظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تطبيق استبانة من (23) فقرة، كأداة لجمع البيانات، من ثم قامت الباحثة بتحليل البينات، حيث توصلت إلى عدد من النتائج: أن الدرجة الكلية للمحور الأول مؤشرات الإنفاق على التعليم بوزن نسبي (62.56%)، بينما جاءت الدرجة الكلية للمحور الثاني جودة التعليم بوزن نسبي (65.66%)، وأكدت النتائج على أن هناك أثر للإنفاق على التعليم ينعكس على جودة التعليم، فكلما أزداد الإنفاق على التعليم كفاءة، كلما تحسنت جودة التعليم. وفي ضوء النتائج وضعت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والإجراءات بعنوان (تصور مقترح) لترشيد الإنفاق على التعليم وزيادة كفاءته في مدارس التعليم الابتدائي لتحسين جودة التعليم. This research aims to determine the relationship between spending efficiency and the quality of education in primary schools in the Balsamer region. As well as to reveal the need for efficient financial spending in certain primary schools for girls. To identify the most prominent issues and how to achieve spending efficiency, the researcher employed the descriptive analytical approach by applying a questionnaire of (23) items. The researcher analyzed the data and reached a number of results: (62.56%), and a total score for the second axis for the quality of education with a relative weight of (65.66%). The results confirmed the effect of spending on education that is reflected in the quality of learning. In light of the results, the researcher developed a set of recommendations and procedures entitled (Proposed Concept) to rationalize spending on education and increase its efficiency in order to improve the quality of learning in primary schools.
