هدف هذا البحث إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج قائم على مدخل الأحداث الجارية في مادة التربية الوطنية لتنمية وعي طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بحقوقهم واتجاهاتهم نحوها. ولتحقيق ذلك الهدف استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة، واتبعت الباحثة الخطوات الآتية: أولًا: إطار نظري للبحث عن (الأحداث الجارية وحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وخصائص الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة)، ثم إعداد أدوات البحث (مقياس اتجاهات الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة نحو حقوقهم، واختبار مواقف حقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة)، وتم التطبيق على مجموعة البحث المكونة من (12) طالبا وطالبة من طلاب مدرسة النور للمكفوفين بمحافظة الجيزة. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فرق دالّ إحصائيّا عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب مجموعة البحث في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لمقياس اتجاهات حقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة نحو حقوقهم، ولمقياس الوعي بحقوق ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ككل، ولكل بعد على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ثم التوصل إلى التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of a program based on the approach of Current Events in the subject of National education to develop the awareness of secondary school students with special needs of their rights and their attitudes towards them. To fulfil the purpose of the research The researcher used the descriptive research and the quasi-experimental research with the one group design, collect theoretical background about current events, the rights of people with special needs, and the characteristics of students with special needs, then preparing the research tools (the scale of attitudes of students with special needs towards their rights, and testing the attitudes of people with special needs), and it was applied to the research group consisting of (12) male and female students Of the students of Al-Noor School for the Blind in Giza Governorate, and the research found a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.01) between the mean scores of the students of the research group in the pre and post application of the scale of attitudes of rights of people with special needs towards their rights, and of the scale of awareness of the rights of people with special needs as a whole, and for each dimension separately in favor of the dimensional application. Based on the findings, a set of recommendations and further research are highlighted. (Published abstract)
