هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أهمية التعليم القائم على الكفايات وآليات تنفيذها والاعتبارات الواجب اتخاذها لتنفيذ الكفايات وتوضيح أهمية دمج كفايات القرن الحادي والعشرين فى محتوى المناهج الدراسية؛ وذلك من أجل تحسين مستوى تحصيل المعلومات والمستويات المعرفية وتنمية القدرات العقلية للمتعلمين كالقدرات الفكرية واللغوية وغيرها، فضلا عن تنمية عمليات العلم من أجل الارتقاء بالمستوى العقلى للمتعلمين فى مختلف المراحل العمرية، حيث يعتمد النجاح في الحياة المهنية ووظيفة المستقبل على كفايات القرن الحادي والعشرين، ويتطلب هذا معرفة عالية المستوى ومهارة التفكير، إضافة إلى لغة مشتركة وفهم ثقافي. وهذا ما توفره المناهج الدراسية القائمة على كفايات القرن الحادي والعشرين التي تهيء الطلبة للتعامل مع المشكلات من وجهات نظر متعددة والازدهار في مستقبل عالمي. The research aimed to reveal the importance of competencies-based education, its implementation mechanisms, and the considerations to be taken to implement the competencies, and to clarify the importance of integrating the twenty-first century competencies into the content of the curricula; This is in order to improve the level of information acquisition and knowledge levels, and to develop the mental abilities of learners such as intellectual and linguistic abilities, etc., as well as the development of science processes in order to raise the mental level of learners at different ages; Where success in professional life and the future job depends on the competencies of the twenty-first century, and this requires high-level knowledge and skill of thinking, in addition to a common language and cultural understanding, and this is provided by the curricula based on the twenty-first century competencies that prepare students to deal with problems from multiple points of view. prosperity in a global future.
