هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى مستوى جودة حياة العمل في المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لأغراض الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات مكونة من (33) فقرة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (38364) معلما ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (422) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية وتمثل عينة الدراسة نسبة (1.09) من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريفة العينة العشوائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة: 1) أن مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية في المحافظات الشمالية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.50)، وبانحراف معياري قدره (0.70). 2) وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي)، 3) بينما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في متوسطات مستوى جودة حياة العمل لدى معلمي المدارس الحكومية تبعا لمتغير (المديرية) جاءت الفروق لصالح مديرية قلقيلية. وقد أوصت الدراسة يضرورة العمل السريع من قبل الجهات المسؤولة على تحسين الأجور للمعلمين بما يتناسب مع مجهودهم ودورهم الحيويّ في تطوير المجتمع وتنشئة وتعليم الأجيال، ويجب صرف الرواتب كاملة وأن تكون الرواتب الشهرية تحفيزية وتجذب المواهب للعمل في المجال التعليمي، ويجب أن تُنشَأ سياساتٌ ونُظم مكافآتٍ عادلة تُقدِّر جهود المُعلمين وتعزز من تحفيزهم للعمل بجهدٍ أكبر، ويُفضَّل أن تُحدَّد المكافآت بناءً على معايير محددة وشفافة تستند إلى الأداء والتحصيل العلمي للمعلمين. The study aimed to identify the level of quality of work life in government schools in the northem governates from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive approach was used to suit the purposes of the study. A questionnaire was designed as a means of collecting data, consisting of (33) items. The study population consisted of (38, 364) male and female teachers, and the study sample included (422) teachers from government schools in the Northern provinces, representing (1.09%) of the original study population. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling method. The study yielded the following results: 1) The level of quality of work life among teachers in government schools in the Northern provinces was also high, with an average score of 3.56 and a standard deviation of 0.70. 2) There were no statistically significant differences in the means of organizational trust level among teachers based on variables such as gender, educational qualification. 3) Additionally, there were differences favoring the Qalqilya Governorate. Based on the results, the following recommendations were made: The necessity of rapid action by the responsible authorities to improve wages for teachers in proportion to their efforts and their vital role in developing society and raising and educating generations. Full salaries must be motivational and attract talent to work in the educational field. Fair policies and reward systems must be created that appreciate teachers' efforts and enhance their motivation to work harder. It is preferable that rewards be determined based on specific and transparent criteria based on the performance and academic achievement of teachers. (Published abstract)
