هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مستوى توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري مدارس ولاية بهلاء في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان في ضوء نموذج أوليسا وأخرين (Olesia et al. Model). اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (85) معلما ومعلمة. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر أبعاد القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري مدارس ولاية بهلاء في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء نموذج أوليسا وأخرين جاء عاليا بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء عاليا في جميع الأبعاد وهي: التواضع، وتوجيه الخدمة، والرؤية، تمكين وتطوير العاملين، ونمذجة الدور. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى إلى متغيرات المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، بينما وجدت هذه الفروق في متغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، والمسمى الوظيفي ولصالح معلم. The study aimed to identify the availability level of servant leadership dimensions among school principals in Bahla State in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of Olesia et.al. model, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (85) teachers. The results of the study concluded that the availability level of servant leadership dimensions among school principals in Bahla State in al Dakhiliyah governorate in the sultanate of Oman in the light of Olesia et.al. Model was high in general, and it was also high in all domains of study, which are Humility, Service Orientation, Visioning, Empowering and Developing and Role Modeling. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample at the level (α ≤ 0.05) attributed to the variables of scientific qualification, years of experience, while these differences were found in the gender variable and in favor of female, and jobe title and in favor of teacher.
