هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على خصائص مفهوم الذات لدى أسر الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة في مدينة أبها، والتعرف على الفروق إن وجدت بين خصائص مفهوم الذات (الجسمية والاجتماعية والأسرية والأخلاقية والنفسية) لدى أسر الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة (عينة عشوائية) من (15) أسرة من أسر الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة بمدينة أبها، واستخدم الباحث مقياس تنسي لمفهوم الذات كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في خصائص مفهوم الذات الجسمية والاجتماعية والأسرية والأخلاقية والنفسية لدى أسر الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة. أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تقديم البرامج الإرشادية لأسر الطلاب ذوي الإعاقة حول كيفية التعامل مع أبنائهم من أجل تحقيق التفاعل الإيجابي، وتجنب المشكلات النفسية التي قد تؤدي للإحباط وتقود لعدم التوافق النفسي. The study aimed to identify the characteristics of the self-concept among the families of students with disabilities in the city of Abha, and to identify the differences, if any, between the characteristics of the self-concept (physical, social, family, moral and psychological) among the families of students with disabilities. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (A random sample) from (15) families of students with disabilities in the city of Abha, and the researcher used a forgetful measure of self-concept as a tool for the study. The study indicates the need to provide counseling programs for the families of students with disabilities on how to deal with their children in order to achieve positive interaction, and avoid hardening problems that may lead to frustration and lead to psychological incompatibility.
