هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية التدريب وفق منحى STEM في تنمية قدرة الطالبات الموهوبات، على الابتكار والكشف عن الفروق في استجابات أفراد العينة حول فاعلية م التدريب وفق منحى STEM في تنمية قدرة الطالبات الموهوبات على الابتكار وفقا لمتغيري السنة الدراسية ودرجة مقياس القدرات. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت الاستبانة أداة الدراسة التي تم تطبيقها على (50) من الطالبات الموهوبات وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الوزن النسبي لمدى فاعلية التدريب وفق منحى STEM في تنمية قدرة الطالبات الموهوبات على الابتكار وحصل على متوسط كلي (3.82 من 5) وبما يساوي 76.34% أي بدرجة موافقة (كبيرة) على فقرات الاستبانة، كما كشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد العينة وفقا لمتغيري السنة الدراسية ودرجة المقياس، وبناء على النتائج قدمت الباحثة عددا من التوصيات، أهمها: ضرورة الاهتمام بإعداد دورات تدريبية مكثفة للمعلمين في تصميم وتنفيذ الوحدات الاثرائية وفق منحى STEM. This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of training according to the STEM approach in developing the ability of gifted female students to innovate and to detect differences in the responses of the respondents about the effectiveness of the STEM approach in developing the ability of gifted students to innovate according to the variables of the academic year and the degree of the ability scale. To achieve the objectives of the study, the use of the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire was the study tool that was applied to (50) gifted female students. The results of the study indicated that the relative weight of the effectiveness of the STEM approach in developing the ability of gifted female students to innovate and obtained a total average of (3.82 out of 5), equal to 76.34%. That is, with a (significant) degree of agreement on the paragraphs of the questionnaire, and the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members according to the variables of the school year and the degree of the scale. Based on the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Implementation of enrichment units according to the STEM approach. (Published abstract)
