هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين القيادة الرقمية والكفاءة الاجتماعية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من وجهة نظر معلمي ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على مستوى كل من القيادة الرقمية والكفاءة الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) من المعلمين العاملين ببعض مدارس ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمحافظة القليوبية. تمثل منهج الدراسة في المنهج الوصفي. اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس القيادة الرقمية ومقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين القيادة الرقمية والكفاءة الاجتماعية في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى توسط درجة كل من القيادة الرقمية والكفاءة الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the relationship between digital and social efficacy in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the perspective of teachers of special needs. It also, aimed to identify the level of both digital leadership and social efficacy from the perspective of the study sample. The study sample consisted of (120) teachers working in some schools for people with special needs in Qalyubia Governorate. The study method represented in the descriptive method. The study tools included the digital leadership scale and the social competence scale. The results of the study indicated that the degree of digital leadership and social efficacy was mediated from the perspective of the study sample. Also, it indicated that there is a positive relationship between digital leadership and social efficacy in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution from the perspective of the study sample.
