هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجه قيادة التغيير في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة القويعية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس، والكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة في القيادة). استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من أفراد العينة من مديري ووكلاء المدارس الثانوية بلغ عددهم (68). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحديات التي تواجه قيادة التغيير في المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة القويعية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ككل وعلى جميع المحاور الثلاثة (التنظيمية والبشرية والمادية)، كما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات إجابات عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغيرات (طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة في القيادة). The study aimed to identify the most important challenges facing changing leadership in secondary schools in Al-Quwaityah Governorate from principals perspective, and to reveal the presence of statistically significant differences between the average answers of the study sample due to the variables (nature of work, years of leadership experience). The study used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data from the sample of secondary school principals and deputies, who numbered (68). The study concluded that the challenges facing change leadership in secondary schools in Al-Quwaliyah Governorate from the school principals perspectives came to a moderate degree as a whole and on all three axes (organizational, human, and material), there were also no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample's responses due to the variables (nature of work and years of leadership experience).
