هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي والمرونة المعرفية لدى التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (85) تلميذة من ذوات صعوبات التعلم ممن تتراوح أعمارهن بين (9-12) عام. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ومجموعة من الأدوات منها: مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي (إعداد عيد، 2017)، ومقياس المرونة المعرفية (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الذكاء الانفعالي لدى تلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم جاء في مستوى متوسط، وكذلك المرونة المعرفية لدى التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم كانت في مستوى متوسط، كما خرجت نتائج الدراسة بوجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين الذكاء الانفعالي والمرونة المعرفية لدى التلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم. خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات، أهمها: الاهتمام بتنمية الذكاء الانفعالي والمرونة المعرفية للتلميذات ذوات صعوبات التعلم من خلال توظيف مهاراتها في البيئة الصفية ودمجها مع الخطة التدريسية، وكذلك إعداد برامج تدريبية وإرشادية لتنمية الذكاء الانفعالي والمرونة المعرفية لدى ذوات صعوبات التعلم. The study aimed to exploring the relationship between the emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility among students with learning Disability. The study sample consisted of (85) female students with learning disability, The age of participants ranged from (9-12) years, The study utilized a descriptive approach. The researcher used two scales as study tools, Emotional intelligence test (Eid, 2017) and a cognitive flexibility test designed by the researcher. Results of the study indicated that emotional intelligence among the students with learning disability are at a medium level, and that cognitive flexibility among the students with learning disability are at a medium level, also there was a correlation and statistical significance at the (0.01) level between emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility among students with learning disability. Finally, the researcher has recommended that: 1) development of emotional intelligence skills and cognitive flexibility for students with learning disability by employing the skills in the classroom environment and integrating them with the teaching plan. 2) Preparing training and counseling programs to develop emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility for students with learning disability.
