هدف البحث إلى: 1) التعرف على درجة رأس المال النفسي لدى المعلمين دارسي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل في كلية التربية جامعة بيشة. 2) التعرف على استجابات أفراد العينة (معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل) على مقياس رأس المال النفسي وفقا لمتغير النوع (معلمين - معلمات). 3) التعرف على استجابات أفراد العينة معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل بمحافظة بيشة وفقا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة (أقل من 10 سنوات - أكثر من 10 سنوات). 4) التعرف على استجابات أفراد العينة معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل بمحافظة بيشة وفقا لمتغير التخصص (عربي، شرعي، تربية خاصة). 5) التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل على مقياس رأس المال النفسي وفقا لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية (ابتدائي، متوسط، ثانوي). 6) التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل على مقياس رأس المال النفسي لمتغير مكان الاقامة (المدينة - القرية). استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل بمحافظة بيشة خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي (1444هـ- 2023م). بلغ عدد المشاركين في البحث (180) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل. قامت الباحثة بإعداد مقياس رأس المال النفسي، كما قامت بضبطه. توصل البحث لعدة نتائج، أهمها: أن درجة رأس المال النفسي لدى معلمي دبلوم الاستثمار الأمثل بمحافظة بيشة من وجهة نظرهم بمحافظة بيشة بشكل إجمالي جاء بدرجة (مرتفعة جدا). كما توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج تفصيلية مهمة على ضوء بعض المتغيرات تم عرضها في الجزء الخاص بالنتائج. The research aimed to identify the degree of psychological capital among teachers studying the Optimal Investment Diploma in the College of Education, University of Bisha. Identifying the responses of the sample members (optimal investment diploma teachers) on the psychological capital scale according to the gender variable (female male teachers)? And identifying the responses of the sample members (optimal investment diploma teachers) in Bisha Governorate according to the years of experience variable (less than 10 years - more than 10). years), and to identify the responses of the sample members, teachers of the Optimal Investment Diploma in Bisha Governorate, according to the specialization variable (Arabic, Islamic law, special education), and identifying the differences between the averages of the responses of the sample members, teachers of the Optimal Investment Diploma, on the psychological capital scale, according to the educational stage variable (primary, middle, secondary)? The research community consisted of all teachers of the Optimal Investment Diploma in Bisha Governorate during the first semester of the academic year (1444 AH - 2023 AD). The number of participants in the research reached (180) male and female teachers of the Optimal Investment Diploma teachers. The researcher prepared a measure of psychological capital and adjusted it. The research reached several results, the most important of which are: The degree of psychological capital among the teachers of the Optimal Investment Diploma in Bisha Governorate from their point of view in Bisha Governorate in general was (very high).
