هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور مديري المدارس بالمملكة العربية السعودية في تحقيق أهداف مراكز مصادر التعلم. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية دور مديري المدارس في تحقيق أهداف مراكز مصادر التعلم المتعلقة بالمعلمين والأمناء والطلاب والمراكز انطلاقا من دور مدير المدرسة بصفته قائد تربوي ومشرف مقيم داخل المدرسة يعمل على توجيه العاملين واستغلال جميع إمكانات المدرسة المتوفرة لتطوير العملية التربوية والتعليمية داخل مدرسته. أوصى البحث بضرورة اهتمام إدارة التربية والتعليم بعملية اختيار مديري المدارس وفقا للمعايير أو المؤشرات المحددة والمعلنة، وضرورة إتاحة الفرصة لأمناء مراكز مصادر التعلم للالتحاق بالدورات التدريبية التي تهدف إلى تنمية المعارف والمهارات لإكسابهم، وضرورة توفير ميزانية للإدارة المدرسية يتم من خلالها تقديم الجوائز والتحفيز المادي للمعلمين والطلاب لتفعيل وتحقيق أهداف مراكز مصادر التعلم. The research aimed to identify the role of school principals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in achieving the objectives of learning resource centers. The research used the descriptive analytical method. It concluded the importance of the role of school principals in achieving the objectives of learning resource centers related to teachers, secretaries, students, and centers based on the role of the school principal in his capacity as an educational leader and supervisor residing within the school who works to direct workers and take advantage of all available school capabilities to develop the educational process within his school. The research recommended that the Department of Education should pay attention to the process of selecting school principals according to the specified and announced criteria or indicators. The need to provide an opportunity for secretaries of learning resource centers to join training courses that aim to develop knowledge and skills. The need to provide a budget for the school administration through which prizes and financial incentives are presented to teachers and students to activate and achieve the goals of learning resource centers.
