هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية بكليات العلوم التطبيقية في سلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (61) فقرة موزعة في (5) مجالات وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها وزعت الاستبانة على (101) موظفا وموظفة بكليات العلوم التطبيقية. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أبرزها: 1) أن درجة فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية بكليات العلوم التطبيقية في سلطنة عمان جاءت متوسطة. 2) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≥0.05) للمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتقديرات أفراد العينة لأبعاد فاعلية الرقابة الإدارية بكليات العلوم التطبيقية في سلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، أبرزها: 1) ضرورة توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في الرقابة الإدارية على أداء الموظفين. 2) وضع حوافز مادية ومعنوية للموظفين يتناسب مع ما تم انجازه من أعمال. 3) ضرورة استفادة الموظفين من نتائج الرقابة الذاتية التي مارسوها لتقييم عملهم. This study aimed to find out the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in the colleges of applied sciences in the sultanate of Oman, to achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed consisting of (61) paragraphs falling under five fields after validating its accuracy and consistency. The tool was applied to 101 male and female employees. The study found a member of results, the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in the colleges of applied sciences the sultanate of Oman Medium, the study results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≥0.05) in the degree of the Effectiveness Management Control in in the colleges of applied sciences in the sultanate of Oman attributed to variables Attributable to the variable of gender, experience, and educational qualification. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably: the necessity of employing modem technologies in administrative control over the performance of employees, setting material and moral incentives for employees commensurate with the work that has been accomplished, and the need for employees to benefit from the results of self -monitoring that they have practiced evaluating their work.
