هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة وعي مشرفات الرياضيات بالمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية بأهم الممارسات التدريسية في ضوء مكونات البراعة الرياضية، وكذلك الكشف عن مدى استهداف المشرفات التربويات لتقييم أداء المعلمات بالمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية من حيث تعزيزهن لمكونات البراعة الرياضية في الموقف التدريسي، وذلك لدى (49) مشرفة من مشرفات الرياضيات بالمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية بمدينة الرياض. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة صممت لهذا الغرض؛ وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن الآتي: إن درجة وعي مشرفات الرياضيات بالمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية بأهم الممارسات التدريسية في ضوء مكونات البراعة الرياضية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.05)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.564). إن درجة استهداف المشرفات التربويات لتقييم أداء المعلمات بالمرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية من حيث تعزيزهن لمكونات البراعة الرياضية في الموقف التدريسي جاءت بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.40)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (0.545). The research aimed at exploring the degree of awareness of female supervisors of Mathematics in the intermediate and secondary stages of the most important teaching practices in light of the mathematical proficiency components. It also aimed at demonstrating the extent of the educational female supervisors’ targeting the evaluation of performance of female teachers in the intermediate and secondary stages in terms of their enhancement of the mathematical proficiency components in the teaching situation on a sample of (49) female supervisors of Mathematics in the intermediate and secondary stages in Riyadh city. To achieve the objectives of this research, the descriptive survey method was adopted. The research tool was represented through a questionnaire designed for this purpose. The findings of the research revealed the following: The degree of awareness of female supervisors of mathematics in the intermediate and secondary stages of the most teaching practices in light of mathematical proficiency components was moderate, with (2.05) and a standard deviation of (0.564).The degree of the female educational supervisors’ targeting the evaluation of female teachers performance in the intermediate and secondary stages in terms of their enhancement of the mathematical proficiency components in the teaching situation was high, with a means of (2.40), and the standard deviation was (0.454).
