هدف البحث التعرف على الكفايات النوعية الأخلاقية والتدريسية اللازمة لمعلمي الإعاقة الفكرية من وجهة نظرهم. تكونت العينة من (40) معلما ومعلمة بمدارس ومعاهد التربية الفكرية التابعة لوزارة التعليم بمنطقة القصيم، وتمثلت الأداة في: استبيان قسم إلى محورين المحور الأول: الكفايات الأخلاقية اللازمة لمعلمي الإعاقة الفكرية، والثاني: الكفايات التدريسية وتضمن كل محور (39) مفردة، وبينت النتائج أن الدرجات والنسب المئوية والترتيب لاستجابات أفراد العينة على محور الكفايات الأخلاقية تركزت في الاستجابات موافق بشدة وتليها الاستجابة موافق، وكانت الفروق بين الاستجابات دالة إحصائيا، عدا ثلاث مفردات فقط، وهذا يشير إلى أهمية الكفايات الأخلاقية المتضمنة في هذا المحور وضرورتها لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وأيضا الدرجات والنسب المئوية والترتيب لاستجابات أفراد العينة على محور الكفايات التدريسية تركزت في الاستجابات موافق بشدة وتليها الاستجابة موافق، وكانت الفروق بين الاستجابات دالة إحصائيا، عدا ثلاث مفردات فقط، وهذا يشير إلى أهمية الكفايات التدريسية المتضمنة في هذا المحور وضرورتها لمعلمي ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية، وأيضا عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمي ذوى الإعاقة الفكرية بمنطقة القصيم تعزي إلى النوع (ذكور- إناث) في كل من الكفايات الأخلاقية والتدريسية، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمي ذوى الإعاقة الفكرية تعزي إلى سنوات الخبرة (أكثر من 5 سنوات - 5 سنوات فأقل) في كل من الكفايات الأخلاقية والتدريسية. The aim of the research is to identify the specific ethical and teaching competencies necessary for teachers of intellectual disability from their point of view. The sample consisted of (40) male and female teachers in schools and institutes of intellectual education affiliated with the Ministry of Education in the Qassim region.
