هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن أساليب إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من(68) مدير ومديرة، تم استخدام الإستبانة كأداة للدراسة بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها ، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة تطبيق أساليب إدارة الأزمات لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (4.09)، وانحراف معياري ((0.487، حيث تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية ما بين (3.62-4.28) بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث جاء مجال المواجهة في المرحلة الأولى ثم تلاها مجال الاحتواء، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة مجال الحيادية. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح أكثر من 10 سنوات. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة توصيات من أبرزها: تطوير برامج تدريبية وورشات عمل مشتركة لكل من مديري المدارس ومعلميها لتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية وتنمية معارفهم حول ماهية إدارة الأزمات وآلية تطبيق أساليب إدارة الأزمات في العملية التربوية التعليمية، كما أوصت الدراسة بتزويد كل مدير بدليل يتضمن بعض أنواع الأزمات المدرسية والإدارية التي حدثت وكيف تم التعامل معها بفاعلية. This study aimed to reveal the methods of crisis management for principals of public schools in the North Aghwar. The survey descriptive approach was used, the final study sample consisted of (68) male and female managers, the questionnaire was used as a study tool consisting of (34) paragraphs distributed over the following four fields: (Neutrality, confrontation, cooperation, and containment) after it was confirmed its sincerity and consistency. Where the results of the study showed the following: that the estimates of the study sample individuals on the degree of application of crisis management methods among the principals of public schools in the Northern Jordan Valley Brigade came with a high degree of appreciation where the total arithmetic average (4.09), and a standard deviation ((0.487), where the arithmetic mean ranged between ( 3.62-4.28) with a high degree, where the confrontation field came in the first stage, then followed by the field of containment, and in the last place the field of neutrality. - In light of the results of the study, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: - Developing joint training programs and workshops for each of the school administrators and teachers in order to develop their leadership skills and develop their knowledge about what is crisis management and the mechanism for applying crisis management methods in the educational process, and interest in creating a work team to reveal On the existence of a crisis in the directorates of education or forecasting them before they happen to try to avoid them or avoid their negative effects, the study also recommended providing each director with a guide that includes some types of school and administrative crises that occurred and how they were dealt with effectively.
