هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى إدارة الذات لدى مديري مدارس في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في الأردن، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تكونت عينة الدراسة النهائية من (300) مديراً ومديرة، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. حيث أظهرت النتائج: أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة مستوى إدارة الذات لدى مديري مدارس لواء الأغوار الشمالية من وجهة نظر المديرين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق الفردية الإحصائية عن عدم وجود تعزى لأثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة وجاءت لصالح (10) سنوات. The study aimed to reveal the level of self-management among school principals in the Northern Aghwar district in Jordan. The survey descriptive approach was used. The final study sample consisted of (300) principals and administrators. The questionnaire was used as a study tool after it was confirmed its sincerity and reliability. Where the results showed: that the study sample estimates of the level of self-management among the principals of Northern Jordan Valley schools from the viewpoint of the principals came with a high degree, and the results of the study related to individual statistical differences revealed that there was no attribution of gender and educational qualifications, and that there were differences attributable to the impact of years of experience and came in favor of (10 years. The study recommended maintaining the level of self-management among managers and directors to hold training programs at the level of the educational district. (Published abstract)
