This study aimed at measuring the effect of mobile-assisted language learning in enhancing English majors' EFL oral language skills. A quasi-experimental pre-post control group design was used to achieve the study objectives. Sixty students were randomly selected from first year English majors at the faculty of Education. They were divided into two intact groups: experimental and control. The experimental group students were trained using a mobile application to enhance their oral language skills. The control group students were taught the same content through the regular method. The study instruments included a needs assessment questionnaire to determine the oral language sub-skills the participants mostly need and a pre-post EFL oral language skills test. Analysis of data obtained by the participants (using t-test) showed that the experimental group significantly exceeded the control group in the post-performance of the test. Findings, recommendations, and suggestions given for further research are presented. (Published abstract)
