هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة وعلاقته بالنمو السليم، وتحديد مفهوم التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي، وأهدافه، والأسس التي ينطلق منها، واستراتيجياته، ومجالات التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي في مرحلة رياض الأطفال. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وبينت النتائج أن برامج مؤسسات رياض الأطفال لها أثارها الإيجابية على النمو النفسي لطفل ما قبل المدرسة، ومن تلك الإيجابيات تهيئة وتحضير الطفل نفسيا للمدرسة، وتوفير المناخ المناسب لتطوير فكره وخياله وتطوير شخصيته، وإشباع حاجاته، ورعاية نموه جسديا، ورعاية الطفل اجتماعيا بالمساندة والتوجيه والإرشاد، ومنحه الثقة بالنفس للتعبير عن رأيه وحاجاته وتنمية قدراته، وتمكينه من فهم النظام المدرسي واحترام الآخرين، وتنمية قدراته اللغوية والجوانب العاطفية، ومنحه الثقة والمسؤولية، وتنمية القيم الدينية، ووضع أسس السلوك السليم، والفضائل كالصدق. كما بينت النتائج التأثير الإيجابي لرياض الأطفال على مستقبل الأطفال وتعزيز نموه المعرفي، وأن برامج الرياض تزيد القدرات الفنية التكاملية عند الأطفال، ومساعدتهم على تطوير مهاراتهم الاجتماعية والشخصية والأكاديمية. أوصت الدراسة بأهمية تفعيل التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي برياض الأطفال؛ وتوفير وحدة إرشادية بالمدرسة، وانتقاء العناصر المؤهلة علميا، والتعاون بين إدارات التوجيه، وإقامة الدورات التدريبية للمعلمات، وتوعية الأسر بأهمية التوجيه والإرشاد، ونشر الكتيبات لتحقيق التوافق النفسي لأطفالهم. This study aimed to identify the reality of guidance and psychological counseling in the early childhood stage and its effect to proper growth, and define of guidance, psychological counseling, its strategies, and the fields of psychological guidance and counseling in kindergarten stage. The study has used the descriptive method, and the results showed that the programs of kindergarten institutions have positive effects on the psychological development of the pre-school child, and providing the appropriate environment for developing his thought, his personality, satisfying his needs, caring for his growth physically, caring for the child socially with support, guidance and counseling, and giving him self-confidence to express his opinion and needs, develop his abilities, enable him to understand the school system and respect others, develop his linguistic abilities and emotional aspects, develop religious values, lay the foundations for proper behavior, and virtues as honesty. Results showed the positive impact of kindergarten on the future of children and enhance their cognitive development, that kindergarten programs increase the integrated artistic abilities of children, help them develop their social, personal and academic skills. The study recommended the importance of activating psychological guidance and counseling in kindergartens. Providing a school counseling unit, cooperating between guidance departments, holding training courses for teachers, educating families about the importance of guidance and counseling, and publishing booklets to achieve psychological compatibility for their children.
