هدفت الدراسة الوقوف على درجة توافر المعايير المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والأهلية في مدينة جدة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة اشتملت على أربعة معايير رئيسية (النمو والتعلم، بيئة التعلم، التقويم، التنمية المهنية)، واحتوت على (27) معيار فرعي، وطبقت على عينة بلغ قوامها (76) معلمة منها (43) معلمة برياض الأطفال الحكومية، و(33) معلمة برياض الأطفال الأهلية من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عدده (369) معلمة في مدارس رياض الأطفال الحكومية والأهلية بمدينة جدة. أظهرت النتائج أن المعايير (التنمية المهنية، النمو والتعلم، بيئة التعلم) درجة توفرها عالية جدا لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية، عدا المعيار (التقويم) فدرجة توفره عالي، وأن المعايير (النمو والتعلم، بيئة التعلم، التقويم) درجة توفرها عالي لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال الأهلية، عدا المعيار (التنمية المهنية) درجة توفره عالي جدا. The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of professional standards for governmental and private kindergarten teachers in the city of Jeddah. The study used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool that included four main criteria (growth and learning, learning environment, evaluation, professional development) and contained (27) sub-criteria, and applied On a sample of (76) female teachers, (43) female teachers in public kindergartens, and (33) female teachers in private kindergartens from the study population of (369) female teachers in public and private kindergartens in Jeddah. The results showed that the standards (professional development, growth and learning, learning environment) have a very high degree of availability among government kindergarten teachers, except for the standard (evaluation) whose availability is high, and that the standards (growth and learning, learning environment, evaluation) have a high degree of availability for kindergarten teachers Eligibility children, except for the criterion (professional development), the degree of availability is very high.
