هدف البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمديري المدارس الابتدائية بالمدينة المنورة لتفعيل أسلوب إدارة التغيير. تألفت عينة البحث من (443) فردا؛ منهم (58) مديرا بنسبة (13.09%) من عينة البحث، و(385) معلما بنسبة (86.91%) من عينة الدراسة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكانت الأداة المستخدمة لجمع المعلومات عبارة عن استبانة. توصل البحث إلى نتائج، أبرزها: أن أفراد عينة البحث يدركون الاحتياجات التدريبية لمديري المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية للبنين لتفعيل أسلوب إدارة التغيير، وجاءت مرتبة حسب درجة الحاجة للتدريب عليها ووفقا للأبعاد على النحو التالي: الاحتياجات التدريبية وفقا للبعد الإدراكي، الاحتياجات التدريبية وفقا للبعد الإنساني، الاحتياجات التدريبية وفقا للبعد الفني، الاحتياجات التدريبية وفقا للبعد الإداري. The research aimed to identify the training needs of primary school principals in Madinah to activate the change management method. The research sample consisted of (443) individuals; (58) principals with a percentage of (13.09%) of the research sample, and (385) teachers with a percentage of (86.91%) of the study sample, and the research was used. The study reached results, the most prominent of which are: That the study sample are aware of the training needs of the principals of governmental primary schools for boys to activate the change management method, and they are arranged according to the degree of need for training on them and according to the dimensions as follows: training needs according to the cognitive dimension, training needs according to the human dimension, training needs according to the dimension Technical, training needs according to the administrative dimension. The study recommended the following: Those in charge of training in the education departments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia should design training programs for public primary school principals in the light of the training needs contained in the current study according to the four dimensions, and according to the priority and importance that the study sample considered that they need training.
