تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى الإجابة على السؤال البحثي التالي: لماذا تم تحديد مؤسسات التعليم المختلفة ضمن القطاعات التي يجب البدء بتخصيصها؟ وذلك من خلال استعراض مفهوم الخصخصة، وطرق الخصخصة المختلفة، وإيجابياتها وسلبياتها في التعليم، والتحديات التي تواجه الخصخصة، ومبررات عدم تحقيقها لأهدافها، ثم التوصل إلى كيفية تحقيق الخصخصة المستدامة بالتعليم والجهات التي تدعم الخصخصة في المجال التعليمي. ودور عمليات إدارة المعرفة في دعم الخصخصة لكي تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة بالمجال التعليمي. The research paper aims to answer the following research question: Why are the different educational institutions identified within the sectors that should be allocated to be started? This is done by reviewing the concept of privatization, the different methods of privatization, its pros and cons in education, the challenges facing privatization, and the justifications for not achieving its objectives, and then reaching out how to achieve sustainable privatization in education and the parties that support privatization in the educational field. The role of knowledge management processes in supporting privatization to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in the educational field. (Published abstract)
