لا يختلف اثنان أن ظهور فيروس Covid-19 من أخطر الأزمات التي واجهها العالم والتي انعكست آثارها المدمرة على كل جوانب الحياة ولم ينج التعليم منها، فقد واجهت العملية التعليمية والأنظمة التعليمية حول العالم العديد من التحديات الناشئة عن انتشار جائحة Covid-19. وجاءت هذه الدراسة لتقديم رؤية استشرافية للتعليم والتعلم الرقمي بعد Covid-19. وسوف تجيب الدراسة عن الأسئلة التالية: ما هي تحديات التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة Covid-19؟ ما هي الرؤية المستقبلية للتعليم في مرحلة ما بعد جائحة Covid-19؟ وما هي السيناريوهات المتوقعة للتعليم لمرحلة ما بعد جائحة Covid-19؟ وكان من أهم التوصيات التي اقترحتها الدراسة إعادة تأهيل لوجستي للمدارس وكافة مؤسسات التعليم، وجعل طرق إدارتها قائمة على استثمار التقنيات الحديثة التي تثري إمكانات التعلم وتعزز الإبداع مثل الحاسوب والبرمجيات، وحشد الجهود لإعادة بناء البنية التحتية الشاملة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتحسين البنية الرقمية، إضافة لوضع الاستراتيجيات لمستقبل التعليم، وتقديم الدعم والتدريب النوعي المكثف لتطوير مهارات أعضاء هيئة التدريس الرقمية. No doubt the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus is one of the most dangerous crises the world has encountered, with devastating effects reflected in all aspects of life, education was not an exception. The educational systems around the world faced many challenges due to the pandemic. This study aims to provide a Foreseeing Educational Vision of digital education & learning after Covid-19 era. The study will answer the following questions: What are distance education challenges in light of the Covid-19 pandemic? What is the future vision pertaining to education after Covid-19 pandemic? What are the expected scenarios for post-Covid-19 educational system? The study suggested a set of recommendations: a strategic reform for various educational institutions, in a way to invest in modern technologies that may enrich learning styles & creativity, such as computer software, bringing efforts together to rebuild and improve comprehensive digital IT infrastructure and communication, in addition to developing strategies for the future of education, and providing support and intensive development qualitative skills training for educational staffs.
