هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين النفاق الأخلاقي والشعور بالنقص لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة اليرموك. في ضوء المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، الحالة الاجتماعية، مجال التخصص، الوظيفة)، اعتمد المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وقد تم تطوير مقياس للنفاق الأخلاقي، ومقياس آخر للشعور بالنقص من إعداد الباحثان، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (530) طالبا وطالبة (229) من الذكور و(301) من الإناث من طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة اليرموك تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى النفاق الأخلاقي لدى أفراد العينة كان منخفضا، ومستوى الشعور بالنقص كان متوسطا، ولم توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس والتخصص والوظيفة، ووجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى النفاق الأخلاقي تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية لصالح المتزوجين والمتزوجات، أما مستوى الشعور بالنقص فوجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث وأخرى تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة لصالح غير الموظفين، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين النفاق الأخلاقي والشعور بالنقص لدى طلبة الدراسات العليا في جامعة اليرموك. في ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج أوصت بما يلي: إجراء دراسات نفسية للتعرف على الأسباب والدوافع التي تؤدي إلى تشكل النفاق الأخلاقي، بناء برامج لزيادة التوعية لكافة أفراد المجتمع حول مخاطر الشعور بالنقص على الأفراد والمجتمع، إجراء دراسة مماثلة للدراسة الحالية بنفس المتغيرات على عينات مختلفة. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between moral hypocrisy and inferiority feeling among postgraduate's students at Yarmouk university. In light of the demographic variables (gender, marital status, field of specialization, job), the descriptive, correlational approach was adopted. To achieve the goal of study, scales of moral hypocrisy and inferiority feeling were developed by the researcher. The study sample consisted of (530), (229) of which were males and (301) were females from postgraduate students at Yarmouk university were they selected by the available method. The results of the study showed that the level of moral hypocrisy among the sample was low, and the level of feelings of inferiority was medium, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, specialization and occupation. There were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, and others attributed to the job variable in favor of non-employees. The results also showed a positive correlation between moral hypocrisy and a feeling of inferiority among postgraduate students at Yarmouk university. In light of the findings of the study, it recommended the following: conducting psychological studies to identify the causes and motives that lead to the formation of moral hypocrisy, building programs to increase awareness for all members of society about the dangers of feeling inferior to individuals and society, and conducting a study similar to the current study with the same variables on different samples.
