هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19، وتعرف الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 وفق متغير النوع الاجتماعي، ومتغير العمر، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (591) طالب وطالبة، منهم (333) إناث، و(258) ذكور، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة للوقوف على درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19. اشتملت على (36) فقرة، موزعة على ثلاثة أبعاد: البعد الأول (مسببات استخدام التعليم عن بعد) وتضمن (12) فقرة، والبعد الثاني (التجهيزات الواجب توافرها لاستخدام التعليم عن بعد) وتضمن (12) فقرة. والبعد الثالث (تمويل برامج التعلم عن بعد) وتضمن (12) فقرة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود مستوى عال في درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد19، ووجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19 تعزى لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) لصالح الذكور. وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة التعليم عن بعد في مؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر الطلبة بسلطنة عمان في ظل جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19تعزى لمتغير العمر، وأوصت الدراسة بإقامة المؤتمرات والمحاضرات والحلقات النقاشية التوعوية حول أهمية استخدام التعليم عن بعد في المواقف الصفية والحلقات التعليمية، لا سيما في ظروف جائحة كورونا كوفيد 19. The study aimed to identify the degree of distance education practice in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic, and to identify statistically significant differences in the degree of distance education practice in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the sultanate of Oman in light of the pandemic Corona Covid-19 according to the gender variable and the age variable. The study sample consisted of (591) male and female students, of whom (333) females and (258) males as they were chosen randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to determine the degree of distance education practice in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic. It includes (12) paragraphs, and the second dimension (the equipment that must be available for the use of distance education) includes (12) paragraphs. The third dimension was (financing distance learning programs), which included (12) paragraphs. The results concluded that there is a high level in the degree of practicing distance education in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the sultanate of Oman in light of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic and found statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing distance education in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the Sultanate of Oman in the Corona Covid 19 pandemic remained attributed to the gender variable at the significance level (alpha = 0.05) in favor of males. As well as the existence of statistically significant differences in the degree of distance education practice in higher education institutions from the point of view of students in the sultanate of Oman in light of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic due to the age variable especially in the circumstances of the Corona Covid 19 pandemic.
