هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الإشراف الإكلينيكي لدى المشرفين التربويين في مدارس قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (370) معلما و(220) مديرا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تطوير استبانة اشتملت على (31) فقرة توزعت على أربعة مجالات للإشراف الاكلينيكي (العلاقات الانسانية، الاتصال الفعال، التقويم والتطوير، التنمية المهنية). توصلت النتائج إلى أن درجة ممارسة الإشراف الإكلينيكي لدى المشرفين التربويين في مدارس قصبة عمان من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة على جميع المجالات وعلى الاستبانة ككل. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة ولصالح مديري المدارس، وعدم وجود فروق إحصائية دالة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وأظهرت الدراسة فروقا دلالة إحصائيا تعزى للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح مؤهل الدراسات العليا. وأوصت الدراسة بالتأكيد على استمرارية عقد البرامج التدريبية للمشرفين التربويين حول الإشراف الاكلينيكي ومراحله وعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية في هذا النطاق. The aim of the study was to determine the degree to which educational supervisors in Amman schools practice clinical supervision from the perspective of school principals and teachers. The study sample consisted of (370) teachers and (220) principals who were selected randomly. The descriptive survey method was used to achieve the study's objectives. A questionnaire with (31) items was developed and distributed to four categories of clinical supervision (human relationship, effective communication, evaluation and development, professional development). The results revealed that the degree of practicing clinical supervision among educational supervisors in Qasaba Amman schools from the perspective of school principals and teachers was high on all domains and on the questionnaire as a whole. The results also found that there were statistically significant differences due to the job variable and in favor of school principals, there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable, and the study showed statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification in favor of postgraduate qualifications. The study recommended the continuation of clinical supervision training programs for educational supervisors, as well as seminars and scientific conferences in this field. (Published abstract)
