هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراكة بين جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل والمؤسسات الإنتاجية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج المزجي وذلك عبر التصميم التتابعي التفسيري، واستخدمت استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددهم (97) قائدا من القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، و(123) قائدا من المؤسسات الإنتاجية في المنطقة الشرقية، ومقابلة مقننة مع عينة قصدية عددهم (5) من القيادات الأكاديمية وممثلين المؤسسات الإنتاجية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع الشراكة بين جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل والمؤسسات الإنتاجية تتوافر بدرجة أحيانا من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وموافق بدرجة ضعيفة من وجهة نظر ممثلين المؤسسات الإنتاجية، وأن المعوقات التي تحد من الشراكة جاءت موافق بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وبدرجة موافق من وجهة نظر ممثلين المؤسسات الإنتاجية، وجاءت الآليات التي تساهم في تفعيل الشراكة بدرجة موافق من وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل، وموافق بدرجة عالية من وجهة نظر ممثلين المؤسسات الإنتاجية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين وجهة نظر القيادات الأكاديمية وبين ممثلي المؤسسات الإنتاجية حول تحديد واقع الشراكة بين جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل والمؤسسات الإنتاجية، وكانت الفروق لصالح القيادات الأكاديمية، وحول تحديد معوقات الشراكة كانت الفروق لصالح ممثلي المؤسسات الإنتاجية، وحول تحديد آليات تفعيل الشراكة كانت الفروق لصالح ممثلي المؤسسات الإنتاجية. وقد قدمت الدراسة في ضوء نتائجها تصورا مقترحا لتفعيل الشراكة بين جامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل والمؤسسات الإنتاجية في ضوء رؤية المملكة 2030. The study aimed to present a proposed scenario to activate the partnership between imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university and productive institutions in light of the kingdom's vision 2030. The explanatory sequential mixed methods were used in this study, and a questionnaire was used to collect data from a simple random sample of 97 leaders, the academic at Imam Abdul Rahman Bin Faisal University, (123) leaders from productive institutions in the eastern region and a structured interview with an intentional sample (5) of academic leaders and representatives of productive institutions. The results of the study showed that the reality of the partnership between imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university and institutions productivity is sometimes available to a degree from the point of view of the academic leaders at imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university, it is weakly agreed from the point of view of the representatives of productive institutions, the obstacles that limit partnership are moderately ok from the point of view of the academic leaders at imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university, to a degree of ok from the point of view of the representatives of the productive institutions, the mechanisms that contribute to activating the partnership came to an agreement degree from the point of view of the academic leaders at the university of imam Abdul Rahman bin fey pray, they agree with a high degree from the point of view of the representatives of the productive institutions, there are statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the academic leaders' point of view and the representatives of the productive institutions on determining the reality of the partnership between imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university and the productive institutions, and the differences were in favor of the academic leaders. As for identifying partnership obstacles, the differences were in favor of representatives of productive institutions, and on determining mechanisms for activating partnership, the differences were in favor of representatives of productive institutions. In light of the proposed scenario, the study presented its results with a suggested scenario to activate the partnership between imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal university and productive institutions in light of the kingdom's 2030 vision.
